on 8/27/2007 I am on the East coast, but anytime I have had a "Brazilian" they take it all off unless I request them to leave a strip or what have you, and they also include the anus area (or "undercarriage" as she stated above). In fact, my waxer even does my belly up to my bellybutton.
on 5/20/2007 Great article but have to say I've never had a problem w/ being waxed during my period--just take an aspirin (which is a good idea anytime you're getting waxed).

on 11/13/2007 Love the article. I wanted to mention though that asprin is a blood thinner and it might not be a good idea to take it before you get waxed. If you get a cut or skin-tear you will be bleeding a lot.
