on 7/17/2007 just ask them if they have change for a hundered...if they say no, then say 'sorry'...if they say yes, then tell them they obviously don't need it as bad as they're making you believe. Works every time.
on 5/8/2007 Or simply just tell the beggar that you are having a hard time with money and that you are barely making it yourself. It worked for me.
