on 7/17/2008 Lukewarmfusion.com/id is DA BEST!. I bought a kit to make 10 IDs with magnetic strips for like $30 (some a-hole at school charges $120 for one). Once you're a customer, you get access to the template area, with REAL templates that people share on the site. It's like a private underground world...
Also search ebay for the user "tulip0712". I think they might be the same person. They have a similar kit that includes actual editable templates.

on 5/13/2008 Hey don't follow this guide on this page. i just bought a kit from http://www.arcadiaid.com and it had really good instructions and included everything I needed to make my fake. soo much cheaper than buying a fake id too.

It has probably the best instructions on the net, and materials for sale to make your own. I haven't tested them, but it looks like they know what they're doing.
