on 12/16/2007 I dont know if you have heard of Time Warner Cable, but it doesnt sound like it. They do have over 300 chs some in HD and they have Movies on Demand and over 30 other chs on Demand which the "Dish" does not have. They also have DVR service, 24/7 support, and the outages only last 1 hour at the most. this artical sounds like it was writen 20 years ago.
