on 11/3/2007 A law school student is ethically obligated to NOT unlawfully practice law and dole out legal advice. Also, You don't need to retain a lawyer for "every" lawsuit you intend to file. In fact, you may have a case that NO attorney will take, especially if it is not worth a lot of money.
