on 1/15/2008 I always heat and slightly brown both sides of the tortillas on the grill or (CAREFULLY) on a low flame of my gas burner on my cooktop. Then you get that tasty layer of flavor that you cannot get out of a microwave. Heating tortillas this way takes any tortilla dish to new level...even a plain 'ol quesadilla!
on 1/15/2008 You can easily add some chopped chicken breast or ground beef if you want to hit all the food groups. Make sure you cook them first, though.
on 1/15/2008 I don't really understand the appeal. It just seems like a bunch of random crap, rolled up into a tortilla. Maybe someone can explain it to me.
on 9/28/2006 "burrito's" burrito making ability has been of gargantuan proportions. "burrito" is a true believer and the simplicity with which he can roll it is divine. This is a crowd pleaser after a night of Warcraft.
