on 11/22/2005 I had a headache every single day at the beginning of the year. My cause was stress. If you're going through the same problem, all you have to do is find a goal and go for it. Choose something that you know you'll enjoy. Ever since I starting going for my goal of being a Broadway actress, my headaches seemed to disappear. Now, I'm still doing this, and I only have the normal every once-in-a-while headache that I sing away!

on 11/22/2005 What I always do is get a cold, wet washcloth and put it on my forehead. Then I get into bed and put on some music that will help me sleep. Then I drift off to sleep.

on 11/22/2005 I have gradually figured out that I am more prone to headaches after eating meats with sodium nitrates in them (pretty much any processed meats). So now, I purchase meats from the natural heath food stores without sodium nitrates. I also get headaches if I don't drink the proper amount of water daily.

on 11/22/2005 I usually get a bowl of cold water and dip two cotton balls and put them on my eye lids of maybe you can use cucumber slices instead of cotton balls.
