    To remove coffee or tea stains from pot or cups, use Clorox in whatever strength that will get the job done. I use 50/50 with water.

    When I worked in a restaurant, we removed the dark stains with a couple of ice cubes, a tablespoon of salt and a slice of lemon. I know it sounds strange, but it worked. Swirl the pot while the ice melts.
