Return to article: How to Do a Superman on a BMX Bike
on 2/22/2006 The key to nailing any jump or stunt is focus. When you are getting ready to go big, think about what actions you have to take to land the jump (get up to speed, stop pedaling, level feet crank set, J-hop, let go, extend arms out, grab handlebars, look down for landing, adjust bike as necessary). Be 200% sure that you and your bike are good to go (doesn't hurt to check the jumps too) and then go big. Stay focused and you should have no problem. Once you nail the same jump or trick a few times it will just come naturally. Practice makes perfect!
on 11/22/2005 Make sure you wear proper shoes and gloves when performing any trick.
