When your hair is still wet from the shower, brush it, then let your hair dry naturally. When it's dry, flip your hair upside down and shake it out. It will give your hair great volume.

I have very curly, frizzy hair. I found that after you've rinsed and conditioned for the day, I recommend combing a reserved amount of Suave Moisturizing lotion thoroughly. You want to spread it out all over to not make your hair greasy. When I say reserved, I mean the amount that you think is right for your hair length. I also use some moisturizing body mists in my damp or dry hair right before I go out. It will help keep my hair moisturized and it will smell very nice!

I use the new Sunsilk line (pink bottle, even though it isn't for curls), comb the conditioner through while still in the shower, leave it on for two minutes and rinse my hair with cold water. Add the Sunsilk 24/7 creme, comb through- while wet. If any frizzes pop up throughout the day, use the creme anytime.. just don't re comb!
Also, a 4 week shine treatment tames curls too- and makes your hair shine! Remember to let it air dry.

1. Shower every day. Condition every day. Shampoo every other day. 2. Comb hair with a paddle brush while conditioner is setting in. 3. When you get out of the shower, squeeze hair and put in a hair lotion, then add a product made for soft curls. Then add a small amount of gel, a palm-full of mousse, a spray gel and a shining spray! 4. Scrunch hair on one side, then the other, then flip head upside down and scrunch. 5. If you don't want to shower the next day (which is probably a good idea), use a spray gel and scrunch, then use a spray bottle filled with water water and scrunch.

As many of you know, after you get out of the pool the chlorine leaves you with dry, straw-like hair. Maybe a lot of you didn't know this, but even after you take a shower and shampoo and condition your hair, the chlorine is still there, and you can put as much conditioner as you want and it won't come out. You need to use clarifying shampoo, which cleanses your hair of all chlorine. After you use that, your conditioner will work much better. You only need to use this shampoo on days when you go swimming.

I've had thick, kinky-curly, red hair my whole life, and I've tried everything: blowdrying, flat irons, straightening and smoothing gels, leave in conditioners, the works. None of the products were effective, and most only dried my hair out or made it sticky. Finally I gave up and started simply washing every other day, heavy conditioning every day, and never blowdrying, and now my hair is beautiful. The secret to curly hair is just leave it alone! It wants to be gorgeous, so just let it be.

I use the John Frieda Frizz-Ease hair serum, it works great on my naturally curly hair. I put it on my hair (soaking wet) and then I let it air dry. Or, if I'm in a hurry, I blow it dry with a diffuser and my curls look and feel wonderful.

To enhance curls, lather your hands with curling serum and run delicately through your hair without destroying ringlets. After you have applied a fair amount, scrunch your hair so that it will hold its shape. Then spray lightly with hair spray.
For dry hair, drink up. A lot of water running through your system has been proven to moisturize your hair.
For fly-a-ways, use clear mascara and comb back cowlicks.
And remember, curly hair is a blessing in disguise.

I have dry, frizzy, naturally curly hair (tight little curls, too). I decided to get it chemically straightened. It was the best thing I've ever done for myself. I can't believe the time I've saved and how much better it looks.

I have very frizzy curly long hair which seemed to overpower any type of hair product I challenged it with. That was until I discovered Got2B Glossy shine serum. It comes in a little squeeze-bottle container and works really well for my hair. Although a lot is needed to make hair completely frizz-less, it works very well to tame frizz before going out at night. With this product I have discovered a way to make excellent, frizz-less curls with tons of volume. To have perfect hair for the next day shower right before bed, making sure to condition well. While the hair is damp, brush it out and then run a considerable amount of the Got2B serum through the hair. Making sure to get it all the way through the hair and not just the top layers. Then tip your head upside down and form hair into a ponytail at the very top of your head. It looks insanely weird but it works, the higher the ponytail is on the top of your head the more the volume. After you have the hair in a ponytail at the top of your head, twist your hair up into a dancer style bun and secure with elastic. Sleep on it and have great hair the next day. Just let your hair down, fluff it a bit and you are done.

I use a curl conditioner after shampooing. I leave it in for about 3 minutes, then use a normal conditioner. I put my hair in a towel for about ten minutes. I take it out and put in a little tiny bit of mousse and then I wait until my hair is slightly dry. I then take a dime-sized amount of mousse and scrunch it into my hair, then use a quick-drying hair spray that won't look wet on the hair. When the gel dries my curls are perfect.

I have hair that curls madly in a hundred different directions and is dry and frizzy, yet somehow also manages to be thin (each strand is thin and delicate). I would like to stress that you shouldn't give up on figuring out how to wear your hair down instead of in a bun every day. I wore my hair in ponytails and bandannas until I was in my thirties, and now when I look back at pictures from those times, I wish I figured something out sooner. Now I wash my hair 3 times a week, use moisturizing conditioner and Abba straightening balm, combed through gently and then scrunched slightly. Then dry your hair on medium with a blow drier aimed from above your head only. Don't touch hair while it dries or be ready for frizz. Good luck, everyone :)

I know how it feels to think that no shampoo, conditioner, or any other hair product will ever make your curly hair look good. I felt that way until I discovered Bumble and Bumble styling creme and leave in conditioner. Many of you may have already heard of this brand, and you may know it is a tad expensive. I use it every day now, and it works!
It doesn't leave you with that nasty, gummy feeling like other products do. It leaves your hair with no frizz or poof. Your hair looks shiny, with ringlets. It might be more than what you were planning on spending, but it's totally worth it! I feel less self conscious about my hair now, and I don't envy my friends anymore. You can also buy these products in tiny bottles just to test it out.

I didn't have time to shower in the morning before school, so I had to come up with a different way to get rid of bed head. When I wake up, I spritz my hair with water to get it wet, but not soaking wet. I comb through my hair very gently with my fingers to help the hair absorb the water. Then I take my leave-in conditioner (Johnson and Johnson's kids works great) and spray once on the right side of my head, left side, and back. I work the conditioner through with my fingers. Then I carefully take my hair in sections and push it upward, but not scrunching it. Scrunching it will cause frizz. Keep on letting it down and pushing it up (like an accordion) while using a blow-drier. I know we are supposed to use diffusers, but this works better without a diffuser. Put the drier on it's lowest (and coolest) setting and, like before, take the hair and push it upward. Put the drier right above the hair you are pushing up. Do this for about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the length and thickness of your hair. The trick: do not blow dry the hair to complete dryness, leave it about 25% wet, not only will it keep the hair from frizzing up, but it will also keep the hair from getting dried out. If you want to, you can let it air dry, but it doesn't render the same results. I prefer the blow dryer.

I have very stubborn waves and really curly hair. I usually keep my natural look in the summer. To maintain my hair during that time, I wet it in the shower every day. When I get out, I use Pantene Mousse to hold in the curls. It really holds all day and the good thing about it is that when you go to wet your hair the next day in the shower, the mousse already has a detangler in it...When you wet your hair, the tangles just come right out (with a comb). Easy!
