on 11/22/2005 If someone were to hold the door open for you, the least you would do is thank them. If someone has decided to put more money in your pocket, you should clearly thank them as soon as it is brought to your attention. Be civil, and don't get all weepy-eyed. Say thank you the same way you would if they picked up the bill at lunch.
