I use Clinique extra-mild facial soap for regular cleaning (once a day) and Clinique spot solution whenever I feel one that may be developing. I put the spot solution on, and nothing ever shows up. They both work very well. Clinique is expensive, but well worth it.

When you have a huge pimple or a massive spot of pimples, steam your face by taking a hot shower or using a hot wash cloth. After you do that use Clean & Clear Maximum strength Invisible Blemish Treatment. It works fantastic! Just put a little dab on and let it dry and leave it there without touching it. The least it will do is flatten out or reduce the size of your pimple.

All these outbursts of spots on the skin are 9 times out of 10 caused by bacteria on your hands when touching your face. Wash your hands often and no bacteria spreads onto your face causing blemishes.

First, make sure you change your pillowcase and your sheets at least once a week. All the oil and dirt from your face remain there, which is terrible for your skin.
Take B vitamins. They really help cleansing your skin because they do it from the inside, they purify your blood according to doctors.
Never pop a pimple if it is just red and itchy with no whitehead! It will hurt a lot and you won't remove
anything from it.
Use toothpaste as an emergency product.
Do not scrub your face if you have infected spots, that would spread the bacteria! Instead, try to use Clinique Clarifying lotion once or twice a day after washing your face with a mild pH-balanced gel.
Eritromicine has given me very good results. But I prefer using it at night because it sometimes affected the look of my foundation.
Do not wash your face too often. Twice a day is enough.

Make sure that your phone is clean. Use Lysol, or some other product which kills germs. Particularly if others are using it. Resting an oily phone against your chin or cheek can make the situation worse. It also helps reduce the spread of infection.

Buy a cream named Archie. Cover the pimple by cream (you can put it on your face while work or sleeping anytime). When you want to remove the cream, wash your face with soap and after washing, use Clean & Clear cleanser. It really works.

If you have a really big huge pimple (mainly the harder, painful ones), put Neosporin on it at night. If the Neosporin soaks in before you go to bed, apply another coat of it. Continue to consistently do this on large pimples and you are sure to see results.

When you wake up in the morning, put ice cubes on your zits. Then use a facial wash or soap. After you've done that, get a cotton ball and use any facial cleanser. Before you go to bed, again use ice cubes then your facial wash, then pat dry. Then you slice a potato and leave it on your face overnight. Just continue this routine until the zits are gone.

If you have pimple scarring and you just can't seem to get rid of that unwanted redness and discoloration, rub aloe vera gel on the affected areas for about a week. The results are amazing! You can purchase aloe vera gel at any general supermarket or pharmacy.

Recently I discovered that drinking tons of water is good for your entire body. Also, use mild soap when washing your face, any kind will do. Don't think about your acne and try to avoid mirrors; this can cause you more stress which leads to more pimples. Try to take a break from washing your face every once and a while to give your face time to calm down if it is irritated. Don't pick at your zits!

When you get a pimple, imagine that there is police tape around it. Your pimple is off limits to touch. The oils from your hands will make it harder for it to go away. And do NOT pop it. This will spread the bacteria (causing more pimples on other areas of your face) and often times leave a scar (whether you use your fingernails or not).

My facial regimen works, it goes as follows: 1. 1-2 times a week I use St.Ives Peel off-Hydroxy Masque. 2. 1-2 times a week I also use St. Ives Apricot Scrub (which feels good but leaves the hair a bit messy). 3. Wash with Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial cleanser, It cleared up my complexion so much. 4. Treat the acne pimples with Acne Free blemish (it's in a small tube found at WalMart) 5. Always use a moisturizer. If your skin is oily, then only use a small amount. I like Clinique Moisture Surge Light or Alpha Hydroxy. Those two are amazing. I got the Alpha Hydroxy at Dollar General on the clearance rack, ironically.
Use the Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser daily morning and day. Even washing your face in the shower in the morning is OK. Remember not to overly use these products, as over cleansing will cause more harm than good. 6. Always take vitamins specifically for hair and nails. Centrum Complete A-Zinc is great as well. WalMart and Dollar General carry these vitamins. 7. Drink the recommended daily amount of water. Don't drink too much water however, it can cause brain swelling.
This regimen works. Trust me. I've been on Tazorac, and another prescription medication and they were terrible. Tazorac works, but I don't like the idea of it making more pimples before it works. When it does this, the pimples it makes are harder to clear up than the normal one's.

Accutane was the only thing that worked for me. I had horrible acne all through my teenage years, and was prescribed everything. Finally, I went to a new dermatologist who prescribed Accutane, and after about 6 months of taking the pills, I noticed that I hardly ever broke out anymore. To this day, I rarely break out with more than a very tiny pimple once in a blue moon.

That is the worst idea I've heard. It's bad for skin, non-hygienic and likely to leave a scar. Never try this method to extract a pimple.
