on 11/22/2005 Well, although they say it can lead to scarring, I think the way to clear whiteheads faster is to pop the pus out of them. I had a pimple on the side of my nose for over 3 weeks, and I finally popped the whitehead out of it. It was gone within 3 days.

on 11/22/2005 Toothpaste works, it really does. It works on the big red zits that won't pop and hurt sooo bad! But it has to be paste, not gel. Never use extra-floride toothpaste. I did that, and it burned my skin. Just stick to the regular stuff.

on 11/22/2005 If you have a big hard zit, take an ice cube and place it on for just a little bit. It has always worked for me.

on 11/22/2005 I have read that when using toothpaste as a treatment, remember to use paste, not gel!

on 11/22/2005 While it may seem like a good idea, due to its good drying qualities, NEVER apply toothpaste to your skin. It can cause serious skin conditions. You want to help your complexion, not aggravate it and make it more serious! Consult a dermatologist instead.

on 11/22/2005 Use a soft bristled facial brush to scrub away old skin cells. Very helpful for fine blackheads on the nose! Try it and you will love it! &/or swab your face with lemon juice or witch hazel & a few drops pure peppermint essential oil.

on 11/22/2005 Mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda with a few drops of water and apply every night. It dries the impurity up.

on 11/22/2005 If the pimple has already popped, wash the area and put a dab of refrigerated aloe gel on it, and let it dry. This lessens the redness, dries the pimple and heals the area all at once.

on 11/22/2005 Try egg yolks! It's natural and the yolk is full of vitamin A. Just ignore the smell and think how beutiful you'll be!

on 11/22/2005 1) Wash your face immediately after working out; 2) don't use shampoos with coconut oil; 3) keep hair and hair products off face; 4) keep hands off face - NO PICKING!

on 11/22/2005 What I have done is to stop drinking soda and opt for more nutritional and healthy drinks (like orange, apple, grape juice and so on). I haven't had a breakout for two years.

on 11/22/2005 I tried the toothpaste on my face and in a day the pimmples and blemishes were smaller on my forehead! It works!

on 11/22/2005 I am 15 years old and have been suffering with acne since fourth grade. I'm a junior now, and for the first time in my life I have clear skin. I tried tetracycline, which didn't work. I was then put on accutane and it is all clear! Talk to your doctor.

on 11/22/2005 Boil a cup of water and with a small towel, dab the hot water on your pimple. Repeat this a few times. This will shrink the pimple. Good luck!

on 11/22/2005 Take a towel, run steaming hot water into your bathroom sink, put the towel over the sink so the steam will stay confined, and stick your head under the towel for about five minutes. It opens your pores and makes your face cleanser much more effective!
