Neosporin is used for wounds. Wounds have bacteria inside them. So, use Neosporin to kill the bacteria. Use this product for less than 2 weeks. If you want your acne to go away faster, put alot of Neosporin.

Try some mud or clay masks to clear up pimples. Any kind should do. They leave your skin feeling soft and babyish and also noticably shrink up zits!

I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me 3 different prescriptions for my face (even pills) and NONE of them have helped. I went back to tell him that the prescriptions he gave me are not working so he told me to use them each twice a day. It's still not helping! I wouldn't recommend going to a dermatologist, they are VERY expensive and they just take your money!

Buy Paul Mitchel Tea Tree Shampoo and wash your face everynight with it when you bathe. Then take lukewarm water and a washcloth and dab your face. Then, right before you go to bed, apply tea tree oil right on the zits. When you wake up, wash with water!

I tried Avon pore minimizer and found that it works really well. Before you go to bed, wash your face thoroughly and then spread over face evenly. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off. Wipe the remaining stuff off with a washcloth and cold water.

For those really big, under the skin, third eye kind of zits, I've found out that if you use Ivory soap, rub it into your hand, make it really thick - almost into a paste - then dab on the blemish and let it dry overnight, it will be smaller. I promise!

Using pHisoderm, which is pH-balanced (especially the unscented, sensitive-skin type), and/or Aveeno oatmeal soap seems to work the best. Try to use only a medicated spot treatment overnight. Too many harsh products can irritate skin and make acne worse.

Actually my Grandma told me this and it makes more sense than some of the other things I have read. Wash your face on a normal basis and, at night before you go to bed, just use some triple antibiotic ointment. Get some from Wal-Mart (really cheap).

When you have one of those pimples that just won't come to a head, get very hot water. Dab the tip of a washcloth into the water and put it on the blind pimple. Keep repeating until the water gets cold.

Found a cream that seems to be working wonders. It's made by by "Laboratoires Payot" from France. Very hard to get in the US or Canada. You can order it or ask your friends traveling to Europe to get it for you. It's called "pate purrifiante."

If you put a layer of toothpaste over the pimple at night before you go to bed, it will dry out the pimple and stop it from growing. But always remember to wash it off in the morning and apply moisturizer.
