You should drink water. You don't have to drink water all the time, but some would help.

Use a soft bristled facial brush to scrub away old skin cells. Very helpful for fine blackheads on the nose! Try it and you will love it! &/or swab your face with lemon juice or witch hazel & a few drops pure peppermint essential oil.

Toothpaste works, it really does. It works on the big red zits that won't pop and hurt sooo bad! But it has to be paste, not gel. Never use extra-floride toothpaste. I did that, and it burned my skin. Just stick to the regular stuff.

To get rid of a zit, I found that oatmeal and eggs work. I can't remember how much, so use your own judgement. I also have oily skin, so I found it takes time. Don't judge someone on their ZITS!

One reason you may have pimples is simply that you eat too much junk food. Try eating a lot of vegetables and healthy foods.

If you know someone who sells Avon, try ordering Clearskin Targeted Blemish Remover. It comes in a tube. Squeeze some on and in the morning your pimples will be two times smaller, or more!

The best way I have found to remove scars of any type is to buy a product called "Rosehip Oil." This will dramatically reduce the blemishes, and over time, the blemishes will fade completely.

If you ice a pimple, it helps to shrink it. It becomes less obvious and reduces the redness!

This is a remedy my beautician, who is also my hair stylist, let me in on. He says honey is the key ingredient to beauty. Mix half a cup of honey with half a cup of cooking oil. The oil is to match the "viscosity" as he called it of the oil in your pores. Spread this on as a mask and leave it on overnight. If you roll over in your sleep, put a towel over your pillow. This is also good for dry hair, but only for an hour or so.

I'm now 15 and have had acne for years. ProActive is the only product that I've tried that really works. My skin has been clear for over a year; this stuff is great!

I tried everything to treat my pimples and nothing worked - except one ointment. It is called Infinite Aloe, it is good for all skin types and it keeps your skin soft and pampered. You can get it at nearby malls. Try using it after you take a shower; when your pores are open. It worked for me and it will work for you!

    1. I first wash my face and remove all my makeup. 2. I dab a little bit of toothpaste on the problem zit. 3. One product that works quite well is Noxema Night and Day. However, it can dry your face, so be careful. Most occassional pimples can be prevented and treated with this.

Boil some water, put it in a bowl and and put your head close to it. When you're done, put tooth paste on your zit (but not too long, it will burn your face). it takes away the redness.........

I have acne. This is what I do - I use a face wash of oatmeal and honey with some cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. I put the ingredients in the microwave for 10 seconds then let it sit until cooled. I apply my oatmeal paste to my face and wait 20 minutes. I then rinse it off and I have a smooth, clean face. I then let egg whites mixed with baking soda sit on my face for 10 minutes. This drastically helps reduce pimple size.

All you have to do is take a washcloth or towel and run it under hot water. Then place it wherever the pimple is. The steam makes the pimple smaller. Trust me, it works!

Exercise. Sweat. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Keep active enough to shed a little water. Sure you can scour the outside of your skin, but it does good to wash it from the inside every once in a while. Aerobics, dancing, biking, hiking, lifting weights, anything that makes you melt with perspiration will keep things running smoothly.

I've tried so much stuff for acne but this helped mine and I hope it helps yours. First gently scrub your face with St. Ives face wash. I know it looks bad, but it works. Then dab the water off of your face. If you rub the water off with a towel then it is only putting more germs in your pores. Finally, with a cosmetic pad or cotton swab, apply rubbing alcohol on your face. Do not apply a lot of alcohol because and can dry out your face, you can apply it every other day.

I've had acne for a year and I use to touch my pimples and it left acne scars. Acne scars aren't good because you have to suffer for a long time. Try to ignore your pimples. It works!

Steam your face twice a day. After steaming, wash with luke warm water, then a splash of cold water to close pores. Then apply some sudo cream and leave it. It works every time! Drink lots of water - it speeds up getting rid of spots.

Put toothpaste on your pimples, but make sure it doesn't have flouride in it. Flouride will just give you more pimples. Also, if you do a lot of cardiovascular exercise (like running or anything that gets your heart pumping), it will help your skin a lot.

I recently tried Clinique face soap, my family used it also. They have all said it gets worse before it gets better. I'm coming out of the worst stage, and things are getting better. I hope Clinique face soap works for you like it is for me. :)

Everything I have ever used on my pimples has made my face worse and dried out. Then I used Bioré Ice cleanser. It works great, you can actually fell it working!

Take a cucumber and grate it. Apply it to your face for 30 minutes. Your pimples will reduce and you will have clear skin. It works for me! Best of luck.

From my personal experience, the way you live and what you eat really does affect your skin. I'm on Minocin, which was great at first as it controlled my spots and allowed my face to heal, but then one night after going out to a friend's 18th birthday party and working 3 days nonstop, I had another outbreak! So my advice to those of you who happen to live a life where you're constantly checking the mirror is to drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and sleep, sleep, sleep! This gives your skin time to heal. Try antibiotics by all means, but they vary among people. Don't keep washing your face as this will dry your skin out. It might make you feel better at the time as redness is fading, but this will encourage your oil glands to secrete sebum which will make your face feel greasy again. PLEASE don't wash again as irritation will just come back and hit you where it hurts (on your face), for everyone to see! Good luck dudes!

1.) Get out a cotton swab and some toothpaste 2.) Put a dab of toothpaste on the cotton swab and apply it to your pimples. 3.) Keep the toothpaste on for 3 hours, or until it gets really hard (you don't have to sleep with this on your face if you don't want to). 4.) Take a lukewarm washcloth and remove the toothpaste. Trust me, this works! :)
