on 11/22/2005 There are several small, lightweight, inexpensive and effective "mini-strobes" for walkers, joggers, bikers, hikers, even for your pet! These little lights make a big difference! I was a Paramedic; a neighbor was a victim. This is now my cause! Aloha!
