Start a Google blog. They are free and well formatted. If they post it on their search engines people will read it and eventually respond to your interests and you will find out what their interests are.

I lost the info I tried to submit since I was asked to include my e-mail address ( I had already done that on the form I tried to submit). I only have a paper copy of my manuscript and want to submit in that form rather than go through the scan to OCR operation again. Is it important to retype my bio and reveal here what my book is about?
