on 5/19/2009 The unending pop-up ads were distracting and irritating. Once users watch the initial ad they shouldn't have to constantly close out pop-up windows which otherwise obscure the video. Please, give us a break.

on 4/24/2009 A common mistake is to get a wrong replacement part. Visually compare the old and new parts to make sure they are the same, even if an experienced plumbing store person picks it out for you.

on 12/8/2008 When replacing the stems on a faucet or shutting off the water supply, make sure you remove the aerator. (It is the screen that filters.) Unscrew the aerator and remove it before turning the water supply back on. If you don't, it will clog up.

on 12/8/2008 Sure, turn off the water ... but our shutoff valve wasn't near the bathroom sink. We finally found it down the line. Be prepared for a surprise if you don't know your house well.
