on 6/24/2009 I have used social modeling network sites to help me get noticed like modelmayhem.com, onemodelplace.com, and hipmodels.com

I met great people in the industry and got two jobs out of it.

on 6/22/2009 no, no, no! i am 5 foot 4 inches and i have an agent and work all sorts of modeling jobs including runway all over phoenix and scottsdale. i never thought to try for any runway but my photographer rebecca told me to try anyway even when people are specifiy looking for tall models. i almost always get the job. lesson is that you have to try and dont listen to no even if you are short!!!

on 11/24/2008 Thank you very much for the tips. There are a lot of modelling agencies out there, but be aware. They often just want to take your money. I found www.Vuicy.com to be a trustworthy online agency to deal with, they helped me to find my first job, just a tip. Jennifer
