I have been dating a Taurus man for almost 5 months now. Things were great in the begining. Slow but that was ok with me. Then he seemed to pull away, breaking dates, calling less, ect. I know tey are known for their loyalty but I spotted his car at his exs house a few times. I finally said it was over and he seemed to try harder at our relationship, then I relaxed let him back in and he is going right back to how it was. What do I do? I am suppose to talk with him tonight and he knows its relationship talk...what do I say to get through to him my needs?

I am a Taurus and have been in a "relationship" with a leo man for 8 years. The only positive to the relationship is that when we do have sex, it is usually very good. He is completely in tune with what I like now. I find him to be bossy and arrogant and self riteous. Our personalities really clash because he equates sex with love and he doesn't realize that the lovemaking really starts before we ever get to the bedroom. Taurus women need compliments, flirtatious looks and smiles, affection, deep french kisses, lots of "oral" stimulation and we need to hear "I love you". Since financially we are dependent on each other, this is one of the main reasons we still live together. We have both had affairs. I am not loyal anymore, although I was for several years. Since he has been unfaithful many times, I feel no desire to be faithful and am carrying on an affair with a man I work with. This a

what is the likely hood that my ex who is a taurus will ultimately marry me, i am a capricorn. we are rebuilding friendship, working on business, healing old wounds and having fun (no intimacy) he is not ready to commit and doesnt want to hurt me. he has commented when he does get married it will be to a friend & he wont cheat on somebody he doesn't want to hurt. we are getting along great as "friends" even though we have hurt each other in the past. sometimes we give each other presents and try to look out for each other. he helps me around the house and asks me to cook for him regularly. i thought things were moving along nicely. but he mentioned something that made me think maybe not. he said if i do get with somebody while i am waiting on him to settle down i should not move in with them like b4 because he wont be able to protect me if the guy is a jerk but in my own space he can.???

Taurus men are good men. They are very affectionate and you may never find a more loyal or attentive friend. One that tries to please you. However, taurus men are very stubborn and when they get stock in their ways it becomes very hard for you to get them to see that what they are doing is not helping the relationship. And the sad thing is that they won't leave, so it becomes a battle of the wills and they won't stop until they feel like they have won. To be honest if I had to do it again i don't know if i would want to date another person with possessive or obessesive traits. In some ways it makes you feel wanted, needed and protected until they get tempermental and aggressive and things become out of control then you start to realize that you have a problem that won't go away and it becomes a pattern in your relationship with them. However, this is what i have found in my experiences

I have a relationship with a Taurus man (I am a Leo) and it is wonderful. Taurus men are very sensual. They love to touch, hug, kiss, cuddle, make love, anything of the physical nature. It is true that the neck and ears are the Taurus erogenous zones. He is attentive to my needs and can spend hours giving massages (he also likes to receive them). He likes good food at nice restaurants. He loves a home environment that is peaceful and cozy. Candles, fountains, soft music and good wine will melt his heart. He is a manly man (can fix anything and not afraid to get his hands dirty) and loves a womanly woman (not prissy, but feminine). I have read that Leo and Taurus is sometimes not a perfect match, but we seem to have found a good fit. If you love to be taken care of and love to take care of your man, then a Taurus man is the way to go. Haven't seen the jealous or stubborn side yet, so I can't comment on that.

I am a Taurus woman in my early forties. There are three things that break our hearts and can end the relationship.
First and foremost, do not lie to us. As a rule, we are honest to the core. And of course I'm talking about big lies here. Second, do not string us along. If you're not truly interested, don't pretend that you are. A stunt like that will destroy our friendship, no matter how long it's been. Finally, do not cheat. If you want out, get out first. We would do the same for you. Also, Tauruses do not like head games. So if you want some action, just take it. Don't tell us what you're going to do- just do it. Life is too short for games. If all of this sounds a little stringent, never fear. We are also loyal, funny, independent, hard workers and great socializers who understand and respect your need for space. And we aren't cold and aloof-just preoccupied. Talk to us!

If you're taking a Taurus on a date, be sure to know what you're talking about. We will know everything and anything on a specific subject of our interest. We are very deep, it's like trying to imagine an unending number and trying to follow it to the very end. We are down to earth, and very sensual people.
The best combinations I've ever had (so far) are water signs; like the Pisces. The most negative sign is the Leo and Aries. Fire signs do not work too well with earths - very violent.

Taurus women absolutely love and need affection like we need air to breathe. We love the small attentions someone may pay us, but too much attention can be overwhelming to the point of annoyance. We are naturally beautiful and most men love being around us because we allow them to be themselves. We love fattening foods, it's a big weakness we will always have to keep an eye on our waist line. We want affection more than sex, at times. I might even go as far as saying the reason we have sex is to get some type of affection or sensual pleasure. We are indeed jealous and possessive, but not just of our significant other but in friendships as well. And contrary to popular belief, we aren't stubborn. We just don't know why people don't see things the way we do. We are logical and practical thinkers.
To keep us: Cuddle, kiss, hug, massage, give gifts, small attentions (look at us from across the room and smile), be loyal, don't flirt. Take us to fine dining, spend quality time, don't let us take the lead...you have to wear the pants. Remind us how absolutely breath taking we are to you and If your wildest dreams ever came true, remind us that we would be in it.

I am a Taurus, and speaking from my point of view, us Taurus are very stubborn, strict, bossy, possessive, materialistic, loyal, mature and dedicated people. Once a Taurus has made a decision, do not try and manipulate us to change our mind. If you betray a Taurus, don't expect to be forgiven, no matter how much you beg, cry or whine. Taurus enjoy the finer things in life, such as money, fine cars, eating out. Business and hard work to achieve what we want outweighs much of who we are. A Taurus is a very caring and loyal people. A Taurus does not like to be rushed, if you rush a Taurus, you will see our negative side, which can cause us to flare and our tempers stumble across. Taurus are very aggressive when it comes to anger. Do not try to change the mind of a Taurus, if you do, you will be wasting your time and energy. A Taurus is stable and are very faithful and expect the same back. A Taurus will expect to be right in every situation, and expects to be the boss of a relationship or in a work place. A Taurus can be jealous, however, very committed to everything we do. A Taurus will expect you to make the first move, but afterward, a Taurus will take the lead. We are not attracted very easily, and will analyze someone, good and bad, before moving into a relationship. But once you're with a Taurus, it will last a very long time because Taurus is the most faithful of all. Taurus are very loyal to friends, but do not betray a Taurus, because Taurus are committed to the extreme.

Genuine, honest, generous (often to detriment), with an eye for quality and find anything cheap and tawdry unappealing. Patient and adaptable to the point of the ridiculous - push us too far and one day it will all come out like a hurricane! Loving food, there may be a tendency to over-eat and subsequently lose self-esteem by not feeling attractive! A Taurus needs spiritual, intellectual and emotional nourishment, or may quietly starve to virtual death inside. Lovers need to be tender and attentive (but not clingy) - a little jealousy is sometimes appreciated as we can identify with that! Moderate we are which may sometimes seem boring, but that doesn't mean we don't enjoy excitement - we just need some encouragement. We come alive in the bedroom if the partner is sensual and daring.
My best matches so far have been other Taurus and Sagittarius - I would definitely avoid Aries men - the best thing that ever happened to me when we fell in love, followed by the worst thing when we got married!

Take it from a girl: 1. We love romantic things 2. Chocolate and roses can go a long way 3. If you're preparing to ask us out, we love creativity put onto it. 4. We hate it if you do any other thing with another girl. 5. Kisses (pecks on the cheek) are always wanted.
on 2/25/2006
Taurus love to be touched. If you are touching to play around with us, you may find we respond in a whole different way. We especially love our face and necks touched.
