So you actually eat the seeds, or do you just sort of chew them until the inside comes out like sunflower seeds? I've enjoyed pomegranate juice for years, but until now never confronted a whole fruit.

Enjoy eating each and ever seed by hand! It's more fun (and ok, a little bit more messy, but hey!)and it makees it last a lot longer! Pomegranets are really healthy and I know I enjoy eating all those seeds!

I love pomegranates! They are worth the small bit of preparation it takes to eat them. Thanks for sharing this. I hope more people will try this delicious fruit now.

Make sure that if your kids take this fruit to school, you put it in a separate container.

Cut the pomegranate in half, hold one half over a plate and bash the shell with a wooden spoon. The seeds will come out. No more tedious picking out with a cocktail stick!
