on 9/12/2008 The best product I found for removing calluses is the Neatfeat pumise stone and then their Foot and heel balm. I have tried lots of products and so far this is the best I have tried. I think the website is http://www.therawear.com/neat_feat_foot_pumice.html or http://www.therawear.com/neat_feat_foot_and_heel_balm.html I hope these products can help someone else as much as they have helped me.

on 10/22/2007 I found the easiest way to remove calluses from my soles. I got some kik-n-its from kik-n-it.net. They stick to the bottom of your tub like decals. Right before I'm finished I rub my feet over them where my calluses are. The bath water softens them and while my feet and kik-n-its are wet, just swipe your feet over them. Thank you kik-n-it.net! on 5/7/2007 I have tried almost everything. Not only did I have huge callouses, but my heels were rough, dry and cracked. I use a cream called Emushea. The website is kinda cheesy, but the product works fast. www.emushea.megamarketingmall.com

on 10/31/2006 The Microplane Foot File is the quickest and easiest way I know of to get rid of foot calluses instantly. Use it on dry feet to literally "zest" the skin off. (It feels surprisingly good.) Smooth on your favorite moisterizing lotion afterwards and you're done!

on 8/8/2006 I bought the Youthful Essence beauty treatment for the face, advertised by Susan Lucci on TV. I saw one girl on the commercial say she used it on her feet to keep them smooth. It only takes a small amount and your feet will look and feel like they were 16 again!

on 11/22/2005 When all else fails, my husband takes his dremel and sands off the calluses from my heels. If I feel a burning sensation, he ices the area before using his dremel. He reserves one sandpaper spool to use for my feet. Since he doesn't penetrate the skin, there is no concern for infection.

on 11/22/2005 My feet were not only callused, but cracked and dry as a bone. They needed extra intensive moisturizing. Shaving is dangerous, I'd tried all kinds of pumice, creams and lotions and nothing worked. Even stuff the podiatrist recommended. I didn't have hours to spend each day on my feet. My sister, a diabetic, recommended an Avon product she used; Foot Works Double Action Intensive callus cream. The stuff actually works! No shaving, scraping, no water needed, and it actually healed big cracks across the balls of my feet as well as got rid of the callouses!

Just spread a little on the callused areas twice daily and wash feet well with a washcloth every morning before a new application. I don't sell Avon or use any other Avon product, and have no affiliation with them. It's less than ten dollars for a tube and easy to purchase online if you don't know someone who sells Avon. Try it!

on 11/22/2005 Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes in hot water, with a cap full of shampoo added to the water. Use the stone in a circular motion, not from one side to side. Dry your feet afterward. Apply generous amounts of a non-alcoholic based lotion to your feet and wear 100% cotton socks (Egyptian cotton is the best) with a lose band, nothing too tight. As a general rule, try to rotate your shoes. Never wear the same pair of shoes twice in three days. Air your shoes nicely, sprinkle a teaspoon of talcum powder and aluminum sulfate into your shoes (to absorb moisture).

on 11/22/2005 The ball of one foot was so hard, in a neat little circle the size of a half dollar, that I swore a podiatrist was the only solution. I mean ROCK hard. I am only 23 years old and thought my little problem was strange, but that is what happens when you stand 10 hours a day in heels. Ladies, listen up.

In all honesty...A good hard scrub with the right material seemed to clear my woes right up. What I have concluded as the best solution is a pumice stone (one a little more pricey with a better quality), preferably a handle and a buffer (softer) side and a scraper tool, that helped shave the hard ball of my feet away in less than a week. This is no joke.

As soon as you finish scrubbing your feet, immediately douse your feet with lotion and put a pair of socks on. This technique will keep your feet feeling silky and smooth all day long and on into the next day.
