Have a doctor explain the path your health will take if you keep smoking and then explain the path your health will take if you quit smoking. It worked for me!!

If you are haveing troubles keeping your fingers out of your mouth like me try suckinh on a soother or chewing on gum when appropreate.If that doesn't work then try wear a pair of gloves.If you bitte throught them,well then go see a doctor! lol
