on 11/22/2005 I use tulle and clear lights, with a white cord as a base for the display. I make a "tube" out of 3-4 yards of tulle and lay the lights inside. Let the tulle "billow" up around the angels.
on 11/22/2005 Weave small white lights in between your angels. Cover this with fiber fill. When lit it looks like highlighted clouds. (Colored lights can be used, too, for a whimsical look.)
