on 11/22/2005 I forgot to mention this and it's important: Take time each day or several times each week to exercise. I choose to walk, it's easy for me, and it's good for people in general.

on 11/22/2005 This was the diagnostic from the Gastroenterologist's I visited at U of M, in Ann Arbor Michigan. The treatment was a dificult but necessary one: 25 grams of fiber a day, plus take Citrucel daily, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
