    Everyone should note that there are no secret lists of foreclosed homes. The homes on your local Multiple Listing Service are all the bank owned (often called foreclosures) that are available on the market. Sure there are many other properties owned by the bank, but the it is in the banks best interest not to flood the market with their inventory which is why they do not. In Arizona, bank owned homes are assigned to an asset management company who then assigns the property to a Realtor. The listing agent/Realtor markets the home. A buyers agent represents the buyer, however. If you think going directly to the listing agent will save you some money you are mistaken. Ethical REO agents (the Realtors who list these foreclosed properties) will refer you to a buyers agent. You deserve full buyer representation.
