on 12/9/2007 I brown pork chops in little oil on both sides then add about a cup and half os chicken broth with a bay leave and simmer for 35 to 40 mintues. The tast is so favorable and tender.Try it.

on 7/14/2007 Pork should be cooked to 185F...NOT 155F...to be safe.

It was a huge success to the entire Family...there was not a speck left from 8 people eating.

We are an Italian / American family. I used Olive oil rubbed all over the roast, garlic powder on the meat, 6 garlic cloves IN TO the roast all over, oregano, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley on the roast...

Thank you!!...how is this only a 3 star grade? It is hands down a 6 star vote. Thanks and a Happy New Year...
