on 4/13/2007 Instead of making the log so thick, make it thinner so you have more and they're bite sized! Enjoy!

on 4/13/2007 For a healthier, but still fluffy delicious cookie, substitute apple sauce for 1/2 of the butter needed.

on 4/13/2007 Add cinnamon for a little more pizazz to you cookies. You will be amazed at what 4-5 dashes of cinnamon can do.

on 4/13/2007 Instead of 2 1/2 cups of chocolate chips, I use 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups smarties. I came up with this one day when I had already started and I didn't have enough chocolate chips! It was a yummy mistake though.

on 4/13/2007 For those of us who think crunchy cookies are a thing from hell, try this.
When you've mixed in the chocolates and your ready to put the dough on the pan, get a bag of mini marshmallows. Than take a bit of dough and put 2 or 3 mini marshmallows tucked inside of it. Then put the dough on the pan and cook as usual.
Your cookies will have a delicious gooey filling that doesn't dry out.

Perfect!
