using sandwich bread is okay and good too, it should be toasted first though, then good to go :)

I make my own bread, and when I don't finish my bread loaf I dry it out and save it, until I have enough to make bread pudding. It is a good way to use it, and being home made bread, it is only better! Use Cardomom if you want a wonderful flavor.

I like using cinnamon raisin bread or stale croissants too. Thanks for the reminder it's snowing outside and this sounds delicious.
