    Synopsis

Dwight (Rainn Wilson) is annoyed that none of his co-workers paid attention to his fire safety seminar, so he decides to drive home his lessons by sealing the office exits shut, cutting the phone lines, and starting a fire in a trash can. The office fills with smoke and the employees panic as they realize they are trapped. They resort to breaking windows, destroying office equipment, and crawling through air ducts to escape, with Dwight shouting instructions at them the whole time. When Dwight reveals it was a drill, Stanley (Leslie David Baker) suffers a heart attack and collapses in the commotion. Dwight is subsequently censured by Dunder Mifflin CFO David Wallace (Andy Buckley), and Michael (Steve Carell) strips him of his position as safety officer.

After Stanley is released from the hospital, his doctors warn him to keep his stress levels under control lest he suffer further damage to his health. Michael arranges for a CPR training session for the employees. The session ends badly when Dwight destroys the CPR dummy, earning another rebuke from David Wallace. Dwight is then asked to state his regret to the office and attain signatures from everyone saying they heard it, but the office refuses to sign as Dwight is insincere about his apology.

With tensions running high in the office, Michael tries to calm his workers down with yoga and meditation sessions read more at » http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress+Relief
