What More Could You Want?

At the Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2012, George Clooney is as charming as ever in his navy tuxedo. In an interview with “People” magazine Clooney said, “I have family and friends and people I care very much about. I've got a really, really, really good life.” With girlfriend Stacy Keibler on his arm, Clooney looks calm and collected. Gratefulness is any man’s best accessory.

A Touch of Gray

In a more casual look at the 2012 AFI Awards, Clooney wears a gray, slightly unbuttoned pinstripe suit, with sunglasses in hand. He looks stylish, approachable and timeless. Clooney commented on aging in an interview with “The Telegraph,” he said, “I’m old. It’s an interesting thing to watch yourself grow older on screen. I was watching 'Up in the Air' and I thought, 'Jesus, who’s the old gray-haired guy?’ And it was me.” He added, “I never wear makeup for movies and now it’s starting to show. But I’m kind of comfortable with getting older because it’s better than the other option, which is being dead. So I’ll take getting older.” Regardless of his age, we think he looks as dapper as ever.

Can’t Go Wrong with a Classic

George Clooney has classic good looks and a solid grasp on his fashion sense. Not many can wear a tux like Clooney – even fewer can try new acting styles to such critically-acclaimed success. Pictured at the Annual Directors Guild of America Awards in 2012 with costar Shailene Woodley from “The Descendants,” Clooney is wearing a simple black tuxedo and necktie. Despite Clooney's seemingly easy transition to a dramatic character role about a father who tries to reconnect with his daughters, Clooney went out of his comfort zone with this film. “What you really want to do is focus and keep doing new and different things,” he said in an interview with “The Telegraph.”

Life in the Spotlight

Clooney knows he is constantly in the public eye and always dresses to impress. At the Palm Springs International Film Festival in 2012 Clooney wears faded jeans, a Cincinnati Bangles T-shirt, and a suit jacket with sunglasses in his pocket. He looks put together, yet casual. In an interview with “Scotland on Sunday” Clooney remarked, “There isn’t a moment in my life when I haven’t been aware of the idea that somebody might be watching, so you learn to live your life a different way. You don’t pick your nose – or, if you do, you do it under a desk.”

Tuxedos are Serious Business

George Clooney has some serious advice for guys about tuxedos that he shared in an interview with “People” magazine, "There's only one mistake guys can make, and that is to try to do anything fancy." He set the perfect example at the Golden Globe Awards in 2012 wearing a basic tuxedo (one of three that he personally owns), black bowtie, and watch on his wrist. Clooney recommends keeping things classic and simple when it comes to tuxedos. We can't agree more.

#WINNING

In a self-written article “George Clooney’s Thoughts for Today” Clooney wrote, “Everybody sort of has their own versions of what they think I am and what they think that is. I'm just living my life and doing the best I can.” Top-grossing films, award nominations and a few "Sexiest Man Alive" titles -- the best he can do just keeps getting better. Looking dashing next to girlfriend Stacy Keibler in a simple black suit at the Hollywood Film Awards Gala in 2011, Clooney came home with the “Hollywood Actor Award” for his performance in the Oscar-nominated film, “The Descendants.”

Casual Confidence

At “The Descendants” premiere in London, Clooney looks polished in a charcoal suit, slightly unbuttoned pinstripe shirt, and black dress shoes. In an interview with “Us Magazine” Clooney said, "Honestly, my job is as good as they get," and he sure does dress the part. The casual confidence that Clooney exudes is evident through his polished style.

Laugh it Off

Clooney isn’t afraid to laugh at himself and the crazy things that happen while in the spotlight. Clooney plays it casual at the 2012 BFI London Film Festival press conference in faded blue jeans, a white polo shirt, a leather jacket, and suede shoes – the perfect, low-key date night outfit. Clooney once chatted about the effects of his fame on dating in an interview with "People" magazine saying, “You also have to have a sense of humor about my life.” This carefree look speaks to how he handles his notoriety – cool, collected and without wrinkles.

Cool and Confident

At the premiere of the “Ides of March,” which was written and directed by Clooney, he looks sophisticated and worldly wearing a suit with a black slightly unbuttoned shirt underneath. Clooney doesn’t only have confidence on the big screen, but also shows it on the red carpet as seen in this deep blue suit with a touch of sheen. In an interview with “The Telegraph” Clooney talked about his projects saying, “As you get older and ease your way into being a character actor you have to be comfortable with where you are in life and career, and I’m very comfortable with what I’m doing -- working on projects I’m proud of.” We hope he's also proud of his bold, suave style.

Enveloped in Style

At the New York Film Festival Clooney dazzles in a charcoal gray suit, white shirt, and navy patterned tie. In an interview with “The Telegraph” Clooney reminisced about his films saying, “You know, I have a few that I look back on and say, 'Well, that worked.’ And I’ve had some that didn’t really work, but I don’t mind that as long as I’m trying to do stuff that’s pushing the envelope.” Clooney can’t push the envelope far enough if you ask us -- we just hope one envelope opens in his favor at the Oscar's this year. Good luck, Mr. Clooney!

Who Are You Wearing?

Clooney revealed that he wore a tuxedo by Giorgio Armani at the 2012 Academy Awards, but not before poking fun at the classic red carpet fashion question "who are you wearing?" "I love when they say 'Who are you wearing?' ... You're carrying someone on your back," Clooney joked with E!'s Ryan Seacrest.
