How to Make Origami Poppers
by JustSew 0 Comments
Origami poppers are noisemakers made from an ordinary sheet of paper. Paper without holes, such as printer paper, works better than three-hole punched notebook paper. Or, use larger paper, such as a sheet of newspaper. To get the origami popper to work, crease all the folds firmly and accurately. To get paper to make a popping noise, fold a triangular origami popper, or make a simple rectangular paper popper. more »

How to Write a Holographic Will
by Norton Nowlin 0 Comments
Creating a valid last will and testament, which will stand-up in court under the most intense legal scrutiny, has come to be an expensive undertaking. Most lawyers may charge a client well over a thousand dollars for preparing a basic form will. Yet, there is a viable alternative, a totally legal, and administratively efficient, method of preparing your own will that will cost the testator absolutely nothing. How to Make a Data Table
by Margo Dill 0 Comments
When you collect data and before you make a graph, you should make a data table. A data table helps you organize all your information in one place, so you can see patterns and figure out which kind of graph will best represent your data. You can use programs such as Microsoft Word or Excel to make a data table. You can also use graph paper or notebook paper. About Love Letters
There's nothing better than getting a love letter from someone you're smitten with. Sometimes they arrive by snail mail but these days it's more likely that you'll receive your words of love in an electronic version. The important thing is not how it arrives, but that it arrives. Of course, a romantic at heart would probably still prefer a handwritten note or letter on a napkin or even on a piece of notebook paper, but you can print your e-version of a love letter and if you read it often enough it will take on a more classic used paper look and feel of a hastily written traditional love letter. All that's left to do then is to decide if you feel the same way about the sender and whether to write back, or not give it another thought. more »

While I'm waiting for the coffee to brew, I quickly glance at the yard sale section of our local newspaper. Once the coffee is finished, I get my clipboard loaded with two or three sheets of fresh notebook paper, and I start going through the list of sales. When I spot a sale that looks promising, I list it, then circle the ad in the paper. As soon as I have made the initial list, I comb through it and sort the sale by the starting time and the location of the sale. I then plot our route, using the time and location info a more »
