You don’t need to be Emeril to create a palatable meal in your dorm. Nor do you need a pantry as well-stocked as your mother’s. What you will need is a few basic ingredients, spices, utensils, microwave-safe bowls (glass will heat better and won’t stain,) an electric skillet or Foreman-type grill, and a microwave. Making Organic Soap

Organic soap is made from soap base, essential oils, natural additives and molds. When you choose ingredients for your soap, you want to be sure to choose a soap base that has been created solely from organic oils and that has no additional additives. The label should read "certified organic." You also want to choose pure, organic essential oils. There are a lot of oils on the market that are marketed as "natural," but that are fragrance oils and not true organic essential oils. You also want to be sure to carefully chose additives for your soap . For example, many people like to add crushed apricot seeds or sugars to exfoliate. Double-check these to be sure they are organic. You will also need a glass, microwave-safe bowl and a spoon.
