How to make Gluten Free Chicken & Potato Casserole
by mommonahan

2/3 cup potato starch flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
Mix it together and store in an airtight container.

Grate the amount you need from the seed and retain the rich aromatic flavor of the nutmeg.
