    error occurred : the installed version of QuickTime does not support this type of macromedia Flash move. QuickTime requires Macromedia Flash version 5 or before. Please select 'Version: Flash Player 5' in the Flas tab of the published settings dialog... i followed this instruction i set it up already to version 5.. and it didnt work.. i installed QuickTime ver. 7.6... and what next??

    Good article. Also, if you're sitting on the floor at one of those low tables, you should sit with your legs tucked under you. If it's an informal setting, girls can sit with their legs to the side while men can sit cross-legged.

    Designer150 said that 'freelancehomewriters.com is a scam, but I disagree. I got a lot of information for my 2.95 which I was able to save to my hard drive. I also got several decent places to bid for jobs. From that one site, I also found a lot of info on how to blog for money and I currently get a free newsetter with tips about how to do so. I would never have found this info if I hadn't paid the 2.95. There were other ones that I checked out and some of them charged me a small 'fee' each month, which was hard to get cancelled.

    Thank you for the warning. Scam artists are everywhere, especially in this economic crisis. When income drops, people become more desperate. Scammers know that and feed on the desperation. Great article. 5*****

    This is pretty helpful. I was watching some Youtube videos and this guy was binding and he got his from underworks but really wanted it to flatten his chest so he got them in a size to small he would wear two of them along with a tight shirt and he got messed up. something about his something ripping between his ribs so yeah DO NOT WEAR A SIZE TOO SMALL and I also heard that you should only wear them for a 8-10 hours a day no more then that.
