How to Flex Your Happiness Muscle on 11/26/07

This is a very valuable article. It is something we should all print out and read periodically to see how we're doing. I do have one additional Step 12 however that I find is key to my happiness. Listen within to hear your heart's desire. What is it that you want to do, be or have in your life that brings you joy even thinking about it. Take positive steps toward your heart's desire each day. Just knowing you're going in the right direction brings happiness.
