Step 1: placed my garment in the sink and poured hydrogen peroxide concentrate (approx 5 caps full or slightly more, allowing the garment area to be submerged) Step 2: I used an old toothbrush and attacked the stains and they came right out. Step 3: I rinsed the garment again in cold water to dilute and rid the extra peroxide. Step 4 I prepared normal washing instructions. Note: I caught the stain within the first 10 minutes because I had a nose bleed. On the long standing stains, I did not have the same results. Good luck!
