Dear Jenn, please be patient with yourself. If you are stressed, then of course it will be hard for you to be into sex. you are not alone! but your sex drive will come back.. you need patience and kindness. take baby steps towards your health. As you start to step by step improving your diet, and lifestyle.. deep breathing, eating slower, slowing down, developing self-awareness.. your sex drive will emerge again. don't let anyone pressure you or make you feel bad. a quick and easy book for you to read in the meantime that may help to give you a new perspective on all this is: Make Every Man Want You, by Marie Forleo. Although the book isn't about sex..it has a lot to do with your relationship with the world..and this affects your health..and hence sex drive. EVERYTHING is connected. peace and love, vandu
