Not a very effective strategy. First, not everyone can start off with FORTY single legged calf raises!! The average person can only do about 10, or maybe 20 if he goes to the gym. They should start off with maybe 15 and work their way up. Same goes for every other exercise. Second, you need to do many more jumps and mini-jumps than that. According to Air Alert, you build your way up to hundreds, even thousands in two-three months. And just as with any other health program, make sure you eat right and sleep enough.
