I have the same problem. I think we also have to remember that, even tho it's 2009, there is a bias against women in the workplace still. Women are still not paid what men are. And, men can be assertive with men, men can be assertive with women, a woman can be assertive with another woman, but a woman cannot get away with being assertive with a man.

Everyone is different when it comes to being sick. Each person if they pay attention to the way they're own body reacts then they can go about getting rid of the flu in a quicker manor. know what symtoms come along with the flu in the early stages so you can get a jump on things. example: I know when I am getting the flu when i start getting fatigued and my throat gets sore and dry and I plain just don't have the energy to do a simple task. I will get my house at a comfortable temperature but not to hot and then get in the shower and get the water about as hot as i can stand it to induce a temperature to help start fighting whatever is making me sick. omg that is the worst thing you should do sweating! u can get major dehydrated and you could have a fit. i watched this thing on the internet, Dr Chris his name was and he said keep yourself cool and keep your temperature down the comment above mine is the best way to get rid of the flu
