: To add to Step 1, my hubby gifted me a photo montage done by http://www.smilingsnaps.com and it was beautiful beyond words- they had used special software to enhance the pictures, add synchronized music and create a storyline. It was so romantic seeing pictures from our dating days come alive on the screen- I was literally in tears!

: Offering to run to the library/bookstore/video store/hobby store is a great idea. When I was recovering from my brain aneurysm, I couldn't have appreciated anything more than someone bringing me things from the library. I just put books on reserve and then had people pick them up with my library card at the front desk.
