Why must a search on getting rid of toads become a debate on the proper treatment of them?? Neither do I need to be told how they are good for the garden: Toads can make dogs ill. I have dogs and they have the right to walk out on our deck AND fenced in yard without being followed by me or anyone else. Toads have taken up residence with us, and while I have no intention of harming them, we will continue to catch and relocate them!
