Lightening strikes once.....but thunder rolls forever
Novice 0 Points

If you want to know, just ask! I'm the mother of two grown sons. My life has been full of wild and crazy experiences as well as some serious ones. by thndrstrck63 on 07/22/08 : You can continually add vegetable peels and grass clippings. The more you add, the more compost you get! Thanks for the comment....I've been a personal trainer for awhile, but alot of what I learned came from common sense and trial and error. Your instructor sounds like a smart person. Take her advice, it will really help you alot.

How to Control Lupus on 03/17/08
I've read that before, too. Many times when that happens, it's because there is an underlying allergy. Alfalfa is not perfect for everybody. In fact, I've also read that people with certain blood types may not be able to assimilate it very well. It's best to do some research and to note any changes that you come across. Talk things over with your physician or a Certified Herbalist who can consult with your doctor.
