by Richard Chan on 03/30/08 : Congrats with the yoga! It is definitely great in balancing your body developing strength and flexibilty. Scott, it can definitely apply to yoga and the key is consistency with anything you may decide to do. Once you begin to do it on a regular basis it will become second nature to you but how do you keep yourself motivated with yoga? Well, get to know more people doing yoga or involve family and friends. Write down goals you hope to get out of yoga such as more flexibility, strength, etc. Keep track of your progress so you can look back on improvements or changes keeping you motivated. Make sure you set out a set amount of time aside for yourself such as 15-20 min's of yoga and that isnt much at all if you think of the good benefits.
