My husband was also overweight to the point where I was concerned with his health. We went on a campaign to start eating healthy and exercises no matter what. It was hard not to make excuses at first, but focusing on our goals and how much we wanted to be healthy and active parents and good role models for our son helped us through it all. ... more » respond »
