Thank you grouch for your comment. No it's not areason to file a lawsuit if the bnaby stops breathing. I guess I should have mentioned that if the baby was being misdiagnosed. In any lawsuit, you file because you feel as though you have ben wronged. And for this case it's also to get assistance if the child was misdiagnosed, and the doctors actuyally knew about it. i didn't have to go through that because I was diagnosed with CP as a child, and when I learned about it, I was 10 and so i did more research at the age of ten. I do apologize for the confusion. I hope that i can make this articles a bit more clearer or at least try. . .the only causes that I read about which was back in the 70's was if the parents had a difficult labor, or something happens to the brain during labor. Even back then it mentioned drugs but my mother doesn't do that. I am 39 now :-)
