: I wouldn't use the phrase " Boil the water in the kettle" since you should never use boiling water when making coffee (should never go over 200 degrees F) but otherwise the instructions are right on the mark.

Nice article. I have lost 30 pounds (and counting!) following the Mayo Clinic Healthy Weight Pyramid, and have never once felt like I was "dieting." The program is easy to stick with and very flexible. more »respond »
