i want to first say my typing and writing sucks. i am american of 25 years of age i grew up in blaine washington and that my parents and are ties go all the way back into england her self.. i maybe be white but i spend every mournin thinking of ways to str or improve the nation of america and the future of mankind. if america is to surivive the oil crisis i would like to say that we need to bring down the old tax coffer ways. give the indavidual of a register legal american the choice of what they want there % of there checks go to. the new tax without repsintation will be thrown out and a new system will be put in its place. tax with a choice. but the options will be certain subject but they will be the main subject over all the smaller ones. i.e one subject about medical one will be about military defense etc etc Paul_tulkas@hotmail.com
