When we spent 12 hours on an airplane, we used Sunshine Pillows. They provided support to the head, and easy to carry since it has a handle. Their website is www.sunshine-pillows.com. Another note, unlike many cheap ones that don't provide the needed support, and made using cheap labor, this one is made in the USA.
