There's not enough information here. "Dying convincingly" is different for every type of death. Some people just sleep away, taking that last breath with the "death rattle" and then...nothing. Others, like my father, was in a deep sedation for over 48 hours, and then suddenly sat up, opened his eyes, and spewed blood like a fountain from his lungs. The nurses suctioned him, we were able to say good-bye, and then he was gone. In short, the best way to die convincingly is to have actually had the experience of having been there at the moment of death, an experience which fewer and fewer people experience today, since we hide it away. When people died at home, everyone saw it and experienced it, even children, as a fact and a natural part of life. I don't know what else to say.
